Are you having a bug? A crash? A big error message stopping you from getting into the game? No worries, we got your back!
But to help you solving this, we need to gather some information about your setup.
How to generate a DxDiag report
This is a little file containing all the hardware information about your computer. To generate it:
- Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run box.
- Type dxdiag into the text box and hit Enter. A little window will appear.
- Wait for the green progress bar in the bottom left to disappear (this means it finished scanning your PC).
- Click the Save All Information... button at the bottom.
- Save the file to your Desktop as DxDiag.txt.
- Attach this file to your Support Ticket.
Finding your Steam ID
Sometimes, to find your Crash Report or other information about your issue in our database, we may need to get your Steam ID. Here is how to find it:
- On Steam, click on your Profile Name (or Avatar) in the top-right corner of the window.
- Select Account details from the dropdown menu that appears.
- You can find your Steam ID displayed at the very top of the page, directly under your account name.
- Highlight the 17-digit number, copy it, then paste it into your Support Ticket.
