Why was I banned?
Players may be banned for violating our Terms of Service/Code of Conduct. Common reasons include:
- Cheating or using unauthorized software
- Toxic behavior, harassment, or hate speech
- Exploiting bugs or glitches
- Account sharing/selling
- Other activities causing harm to the game or community
Can I appeal my ban?
Yes, if you believe your ban was issued in error, or if you’d like your case to be reconsidered, you can submit an appeal.
How do I submit an appeal?
To appeal your ban:
- Visit the Support Center
-
Send out an appeal form with accurate details, including:
- Your username or user ID
- Date of ban
- Reason provided for the ban (if known)
- A clear and honest explanation of your case
- Submit the form. You should receive a confirmation email.
How long does it take to review an appeal?
Our team reviews appeal submissions as quickly as possible, but due to volume, responses may take up to 5-10 business days. Please do not submit multiple appeals for the same ban, as this may delay the process.
What should I include in my appeal?
- Be polite and respectful.
- Clearly state any relevant facts or context.
- Take responsibility if rules were violated (if applicable).
- Do not provide false information.
What happens after I submit my appeal?
- Our team will review your appeal and case details.
- You’ll be notified via email of the decision.
- Decisions are final, unless new evidence is provided.
Will my ban be lifted?
Not all appeals result in bans being lifted. Bans issued for severe or repeated violations are rarely overturned. Each case is reviewed individually.
Can I appeal a permanent ban?
Permanent bans may be appealed, but are only overturned in exceptional circumstances or if clear errors were made.
I didn’t get a reply to my appeal. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk email folders. If you still haven't received a response after the stated review time, contact support.
Can someone else appeal for me?
Appeals must be submitted by the account owner. Requests sent by third parties will not be considered.
Where can I find more information?
Refer to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Support Center for more details.
